Amazing value for the price we paid. The room was beautiful, clean, and modern. The location was perfect, allowing us to experience the charm of Venice without all the crowds. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment was very clean and modern, with all the amenities needed for a self-catering holiday. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing everything we needed, from an iron to a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great, within walking distance to the train station and airport waterbus station. There were also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining out or buying groceries. We particularly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the area.

One downside was that the apartment was on a higher floor without an elevator, which could be challenging for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was a bit erratic, which made it slightly difficult to use.

The terrace with its stunning views of the city and canal was the perfect spot to start and end the day. Located in the peaceful Cannaregio district, it provided a welcome respite from the crowds, yet still offered plenty of amenities and easy access to water transport. Just be prepared to climb some stairs to reach this top-floor retreat. I highly recommend Ca Misericordia for a memorable stay in Venice.

Everything was perfect, except the weather, it was rainy outside. Quiet atmosphere, Lorena the owner has done above and beyond for us. Got private bathroom with a bidet. Location was magnificent - easy access to Jewish Ghetto.
